The Sonic Soul Sunday’s Music & Wellness Culture Series is a unique cultural experience that blends music, local artisan excellence, and everyday wellness/selfcare practice. Each 1st Sunday of the month this fall, Cafe Cino patrons and community members are invited to enjoy wellness inspired art experiences such as poetry writing/journaling (materials will be provided) and light crafts, along with soulful vibrations and inspiring fireside chats with local musicians and artists while enjoying Cafe Cino delights. At a time when societal chaos, confusion, and anxiety seem to be our daily companions, this series aims to inspire intentional moments for pause and reflection, and to refuel our minds, bodies, and souls through the power of art as wellness.
